General terms and delivery conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to quotes, deliveries and rentals provided by Getränke Grossmann. Our regular office, trade-fair, event and rental services are intended for businesses. The rules for snackboxes ordered online also apply to consumers where a consumer order is accepted. Individual terms in a quote or contract take precedence.

2. Prices, VAT and deposit

Unless stated otherwise, prices for regular business-customer, beverage, trade-fair, event and rental services are net prices. Statutory VAT and container deposits are shown separately. Final prices displayed in the snackbox shop are gross prices including statutory VAT; the stated DHL shipping charge is included in the total.

3. Online snackbox orders

Displaying snackboxes in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By selecting “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer for the goods in your basket. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

Snackboxes are shipped by DHL to delivery addresses in Germany. Payment is by invoice following order confirmation. The total shown immediately before ordering includes the goods, presentation packaging, fulfilment, shipping carton and stated shipping costs.

Unavailable individual items will only be substituted after prior consultation. Consumers retain their statutory warranty rights. Information about the statutory right of withdrawal, the electronic withdrawal facility and the model withdrawal form is available under Right of withdrawal.

4. Business and office deliveries

The minimum order is 10 crates of your choice. Orders received and confirmed by 1:30 pm are delivered on the next working day in Frankfurt and Offenbach. Regular office deliveries have no delivery fee. A €5.95 net energy surcharge applies per trip.

Handover takes place at ground level, by a suitable lift or up to one floor by stairs. Special access, distribution or waiting requirements must be agreed in advance. Contractual return terms for businesses do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

5. Trade-fair and event deliveries

Delivery and collection charges stated in the individual quote apply. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery to Messe Frankfurt or Messe Offenbach costs €50.00 net per order and collection costs €50.00 net. Deliveries outside regular business hours may incur an additional €50.00 net charge.

Delivery is made to the agreed exhibition stand or handover point where access, organiser rules and safety requirements permit. Time windows and collection after the event are also subject to the organiser's traffic guidelines.

6. Event returns

Contractual returns by businesses are available only for trade-fair and event orders and must be agreed in advance. Only full, unopened crates are accepted. Opened crates are excluded from voluntary returns. The return fee is €8.00 net per crate. Special packs and rental items are subject to the return or collection charges stated in the quote. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Empties and deposit

Deposits and empties are settled according to the agreed process. Separate collection of empties requires an appointment and may incur a trip charge. Trade-fair returns and empties must be complete, clearly labelled and secured against unauthorised access until collection.

8. Refrigerated trailer and rental items

The Cargoliner refrigerated trailer is rented exclusively for beverage cooling. Rental price, period, deposit, delivery and collection costs as well as site and power requirements are set out in the quote and rental agreement. The rental is concluded only after the agreement is signed, the deposit is arranged and Getränke Grossmann has confirmed the booking.

The customer must provide a suitable, accessible and load-bearing position and the agreed power supply. Operating, safety and return instructions must be followed. Damage, exceptional cleaning or late return may be charged at actual cost.

9. Payment for other services

Payment method and due date are stated in the quote or invoice. Bonuses or early-payment discounts may be deducted only where expressly agreed in writing.

10. Availability and force majeure

Delivery and rental commitments are valid after our confirmation. If events beyond our control, official restrictions, organiser requirements or force majeure affect performance, we will inform the customer without delay and agree a reasonable solution.

11. Contact and formation of other contracts

Enquiries may be submitted by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Outside the snackbox shop, a contract is formed only through an order confirmation, acceptance of a binding quote or, for rental items, once the additional requirements in the rental agreement have been met.
