Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

If you use the online facility, we will promptly send an email acknowledgement containing your withdrawal as well as the date and time of receipt.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before it expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
